Home Inspection Report

We pride ourselves in providing one of the most detailed and comprehensive inspection reports in the industry.
We adhere to the old adage, "Form Follows Function". So our inspection reports are written in a format that is first and foremost comprehensive. Each home inspection report is carefully prepared based on the specific characteristics of each individual property. We describe the building's structure, systems, components, and foundation. The locations of the utilities and shutoffs are identified. Specific systems such as electrical, plumbing, and heating and air conditioning are specifically described.
Most importantly, the home inspection report outlines defects, wear and tear, health and safety issues, and suggested upgrades.
We can deliver our inspection reports by email, and typically within 24 hours. If you prefer, we also deliver inspection reports via U.S. Priority Mail and fax.

Why Our Inspection Report
is Different
The trend of report writing in the home inspection industry has been in the direction of "more is better". The more pictures and lengthy paragraphs an inspection report contains, the better it is.
However, it has been our experience that the time it takes to read and understand a 30, 40 or even 50 page inspection report can be more a burden than a benefit to our customers. With the limited time apportioned in the transaction of a home, you need the details of a home inspection without bells and whistles.
On the other side of the report writing spectrum is the checkbox form. A one-size fits-all approach to report writing that typically reduces the inspector's comments to broad generalities.
Our home inspection reports are written in an outline style that is concise and to the point. Averaging between 15 and 25 pages, our reports are in a detailed format that is easy to understand and review. We at Temple Home Inspection continually strive to provide the most comprehensive and detailed inspection reports possible.
