Chris Temple has been a resident of San Luis Obispo County since 1979.
Chris Temple has inspected thousands of buildings in the San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Monterey Counties. With over ten years of real estate inspection experience, fifteen years of prior construction experience, and having four different inspection certifications Chris’ qualifications are unique in the industry.
Chris Temple is a MASTER CREIA Inspector (California Real Estate Inspection Association), a Certified ASHI inspector (American Society of Home Inspectors), and has two separate ICC inspection certifications (International Code Council). Chris has served as President, Vice President, Education Secretary, and Secretary of the San Luis Obispo chapter of CREIA. Chris is also a two time recipient of the San Luis Obispo chapter “President’s Award” for his “outstanding contribution of time and support” to the chapter.
